In our humble opinion, Chris is one of the best worship leaders of our day.   He understands that leading worship means exactly that: leading in worship.   Chris is a man truly devoted to Christ.  He is a great husband and father.  

One of the things that blesses us most about Chris is his passion to help others become musicians.  We have a program to help people of all ages who want to use their musical talents.   At The Well we have four bands that all share in the responsibilities of leading worship.   As our worship pastor, Chris oversees all of these bands and orchestrates all aspects of our worship ministries.
