Nursery (0-3yrs)
Our Nursery ministry provides a safe, clean, and caring environment for the youngest children at The Well. We know that leaving a baby or toddler with someone else can be a big step for parents, especially for families visiting for the first time. Our goal is to give parents confidence that their children are being well cared for so they can participate in the service without worrying about what is happening down the hall.
But our Nursery is more than childcare during church. Even at this young age, we want children to begin experiencing church as a place where they are loved, cared for, and excited to return. Our Nursery team serves families in a very practical way while helping lay the earliest foundation for children to grow up knowing that church is a place where they belong.
Preschool - Kindergarten
Kids 4 Christ is a fun, safe, and caring place created especially for your little ones! Our Preschool and Kindergarten environments are filled with age-appropriate Bible lessons, activities, play, and caring leaders who want every child to feel welcomed and loved. Our team members are carefully selected and background-checked, and your child’s safety is always a priority. While you enjoy the service, you can feel confident knowing your child is in good hands—having fun, making friends, and discovering just how much Jesus loves them.
1st-5th grade
Your kids are going to love Kids 4 Christ! Our 1st–5th grade ministry is a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where kids can make friends, have a great time, and learn about Jesus in a way that connects with them. Our caring, background-checked team is committed to making sure every child feels known, included, and secure—so while you enjoy the service, you can relax knowing your kids are being well cared for and having a great experience of their own.
Youth group
(middle school)
Our Middle School Youth ministry is designed to help students begin building a faith in Jesus that is truly their own. These years bring a lot of change, new influences, and new questions about life, friendships, identity, and what they believe. We want students to have a place where they can have fun, build healthy friendships, ask real questions, and discover what God’s Word says about the things they are facing.
Our goal is to help students understand who Jesus is, learn how to follow Him, and begin developing habits that will strengthen their faith for years to come. Through biblical teaching, worship, small groups, activities, and relationships with leaders who genuinely care about them, we want to help our middle school students take real steps toward becoming lifelong followers of Jesus.
The middle school youth group meets at 7:00 PM on Wednesday nights at TWWC.
Youth group
(High school)
Our High School Youth ministry exists to help students build a genuine relationship with Jesus and learn what it means to follow Him in everyday life. These years come with real questions, real pressures, and decisions that can shape the direction of a student’s life. We want to give students a place where they can know the truth of God’s Word, ask honest questions, build strong friendships, and grow in their faith.
Our goal is not simply to keep teenagers busy or entertained. We want to help them become young men and women who know what they believe, understand why they believe it, and have the courage to live it. Through worship, biblical teaching, small groups, events, and time spent together, we are working to prepare students to follow Jesus now—not someday when they become adults.
Youth Group happens every Wednesday at 7:00p.
Young adult
Young Adult Ministry at The Well Worship Center is designed for individuals ages 18–29 and provides a welcoming environment for those who are curious, seeking, or looking to grow in their faith. Led by Ross and Jessica Rawlins, this ministry focuses on building authentic relationships, encouraging spiritual growth, and creating meaningful community among young adults.
The group meets each week at 7:00 PM at TWWC.

At The Well, we believe following Jesus means more than simply attending church—it means becoming a disciple. Small Groups are our primary way of helping people take that next step and Be Discipled. They give us a place to build genuine relationships, study God's Word, pray together, encourage one another, and grow in our faith alongside other believers.
Our Small Groups take many different forms. Some gather primarily for Bible study, while others connect around a shared interest, season of life, or need for support. The setting may be different, but the purpose is the same: we grow better when we grow together. Find a group where you can build relationships, deepen your faith, and continue becoming the disciple Jesus has called you to be.
Arrows
Homeschool collective
Arrows Homeschool Collective is a faith-based homeschool enrichment community hosted by The Well Worship Center for families with students Pre-K through 12th grade. Designed to support and encourage homeschooling families, Arrows provides a welcoming environment where students can learn, grow, build friendships, and experience Christ-centered community together.
